Gisele Bundchen is that top earner and it isn’t because of her classic beauty and pageant good-looks. Nicknamed “the body” by industry insiders, she clearly cleans up well and photographs beautifully. There is another Brazilian model nicknamed “the face” and it’s not Gisele (see photo below). That would be Adriana Lima. But Gisele happens to be a crackerjack business woman and an expert marketer of the Gisele brand. Do you think dating Leonardo DiCaprio and now Tom Brady, superbowl quarterback is a coincidence?

The bulk of Bundchen’s money stems from her endorsement contracts for brands across the world. Not resting on her current stable of big-name advertisers, she is reportedly waiting eagerly for her Victoria Secret contract, paying a meager $5 million per year, to expire, so that she can sign up with H&M for a sum likely to exceed two times her current VS deal.
